This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and warranty claims are handled for purchases made through iepsol.com.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Return Window

  • IEPSOL offers a 30‑day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted for:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Item different from the product description
    • Product not functioning as per manufacturer’s specifications
    • Items damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours)

Returns for buyer’s convenience (e.g., ordered by mistake, no longer needed) are accepted only if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request is approved in writing by IEPSOL

3. Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to manufacturer or safety restrictions:

  • Custom‑built or special‑order items
  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Software, calibration certificates, or downloadable items
  • Hazardous materials, chemicals, or flammable items

4. Return Approval Process

To initiate a return, customers must:

    • Order number
    • Product photos
    • Description of the issue
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Follow the packing and labeling instructions provided by IEPSOL
  4. Ship the item using the approved method

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Free Return for wrong deliveries.

  • IEPSOL pays return shipping if:
    • Wrong item was delivered
    • Product received is different from what was ordered
    • Product is defective on arrival
  • Customer pays return shipping for:
    • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
    • Incorrect order placed by customer
    • Warranty claims requiring manufacturer inspection
    • Replacement requests for functional products
  • Exchanges:
    • Exchanges are Generally not accepted under general policy
    • Customers are requested to reach directly at sales@iepsol.com to request exchanges under special circumstances.

Standard return shipping fee for customer‑initiated returns: USD 90 (for shipments up to 5 kg and product value up to USD 1500). For heavier or higher‑value items, a custom quote will be provided or the buyer can ship on his own account.

6. Inspection & Evaluation

Once the returned item is received at IEPSOL or the manufacturer’s facility:

  • A technical inspection is performed
  • A report is shared with the customer
  • If the issue is covered under warranty, repair or replacement is processed
  • If the product is found damaged due to misuse or non‑compliant operation, the claim may be rejected

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after:

  • The returned item is received
  • Inspection is completed
  • Return is approved

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Deductions may apply, including:

  • Banking/transaction fees
  • Return shipping charges (if applicable)
  • Restocking fee (depending on manufacturer policy)

8. Order Cancellation
